Menus

Comfort Brothers, huh? So, comfort food?

The Comfort Brothers are “conversant” in multiple cuisines and believe that all food, prepared well, is “comfort” food. The nature of our business “the virtual restaurant” as well as our own nature, precludes us from being confined to a particular cuisine. We also believe strongly that the comfort factor of a meal does not diminish in proportion to the heightening of its elegance. Different types of events and occasions call for different foods and different styles of preparation and service. From shrimp and grits to champagne risotto, from barbeque sauce to white wine bèchamel, from smashed potatoes to chipotle sweet potato puree, from cherry cobbler to pots de creáme au chocolat, Comfort Brothers’ food is as fancy as you prefer. The “comfort” we provide lies in the totality of your private restaurant experience. You get comfortable. We’ll take care of you.
