Hate to disappoint, but we refuse to answer on the grounds that it may limit your view of who we are. The Comfort Brothers are known for taking care of our customers, in a uniquely entertaining and comforting manner. That is our specialty.

Fearless as they are and unbound by the confines of a brick and mortar restaurant, the Comfort Brothers are not limited by a particular cuisine or “specialty.” An example of the latest craze among fixed location restaurants is the promotion of “local” ingredients. We like local as much as the next guy, as long as it’s the best and the freshest, which merely “local” does not always guarantee. The fact is, in the 21st century, fresh ingredients from anywhere in the world, to anywhere in the world translates into the enjoyment of what the world has to offer, no matter where we are. And if your restaurant is of the virtual type, as ours, why limit yourself to a particular cuisine? So we don’t, as you can see from a small sampling of menus we’ve prepared.
Get out of the box, plan a fun and different evening, and together we’ll match the cuisine to the event. Again, that’s our specialty, and we’re sticking to it.
