You'll call us, or send us an email. We'll call or email you back. We'll talk. We'll like each other.
We’ll ask about your event. You’ll tell us. We’ll discuss ideas, what you had in mind, time, date, theme if any, and our availability. We’ll send you some rough ideas for menu. We’ll come and see you, check out your space and go over some details: Are there any food allergies we should know about? Are your pots and pans suitable for the job or do we need to bring some of our own? Does the dog bite? Where’s the bathroom, etc.? You get the idea. You’ll say, “I’m not sure if my kitchen is going to work for you guys or not,” and we’ll say, no matter what, “This will be just fine,” and it will! We’ll finalize the menu and cost and be on our way.
As need be, we’ll be in touch before the event. A day or two in advance we’ll call to confirm our time of arrival which varies based on numbers, types of food and other factors but is usually somewhere between two and four hours prior to guests arriving. We’ll set up shop and start hacking away, at the food that is, not you or the children or the dog, unless of course they get too close. But seriously, all are welcome to hang out in the kitchen, it’s up to you, until such time as they take their seats and we commence with service. We’ll cook it, plate and serve it with charm and style, offering descriptive and colorful explanations as we go. As wine, water or other beverages need filling, we’ll do that too. Upon completion of the meal, we’ll go into clean-up mode while you enjoy the satisfaction of providing your guests and their digestive system with an evening they’ll not soon forget. Guaranteed.
